The simple framework to grow your career

Did I ever tell you the story of how I started our YouTube channel? I don't think I have.
Given that, at the end of last year, from your support, I was able to cross 225 subscribers.
It's a bit hard to be in that position of creating videos for 225 subscribers on YouTube.
Nevertheless, I'm so excited from all the support you've been showing to me!
So please keep them coming...
Within the week, I was visited by a friend who always worried about embarking his journey to content creation.
He has been planning to become a creator.
The only thing holding him from pursuing his career is, his belief by a myth that, in most platforms, there is no room for innovators, because early adopters have already cracked the algorithm, nothing left for new creators
Believe me, he was curiously asking me, how can he find his voice and become authoritative in his niche?
So my advice to him was
Anyone he could think of start somewhere from zero.
Be it Youtuber, podcaster, Athlete, billionaire, they all started from zero.
So don't be discouraged because you're starting from zero.
The only difference that made few people become successful on their career, it's basically:
They prioritize on their career
They focus on growth
Taking actionable strategies into practice
Reading for personal growth, and professional
Hanging around in an intellectual circle that could support them learn and grow their career successful
And because of this obsession with their craft, by working day by day, mastery was made possible by their relentless pursuit of their career.
Endure Long Enough to Get Noticed
The only thing stopping you from becoming successful is waiting for the perfect time, before you can embark on your journey.
Believe me, you don't need all those things.
Instead,
Stop worrying about what people could think of you and just take the first step and hit publish.
The fastest way to truly learn something is by doing it.
You need to take the first step and commit to do the thing, then later from your analytics you can figure out what works and what doesn't.
Pay more attention to your data as the pattern emerges to find leads, then take proper action
Don't let your ego trick you, that you need to be an expert before you can embark on your career.
Instead, focus on progress, not perfection.
You don't have to be an expert before you become successful, just lay the brick on top of another everyday and together you will build the foundation of something better than you think.
The moment you embark on your career
Focus on creating valuable content.
Content that is appealing to your audience.
Because, in most of the platforms, the algorithm favors creators who create appealing videos to their audience.
So if you want to win, just focus on creating valuable content that your audience will become adamantly obsessed with, everyday and every time.
Believe me, with all these tips, you can't just become successful overnight
But when you endure enough to build a category of appealing content, you will be surprised by your level of success.
For instance, how many great YouTubers, podcasters, authors, gamers, and TV shows have you discovered in late episodes?
I'm confident you could name a lot...
I started watching The Blacklist after they had released season 4.
Mr Beast had to reach 70 millions subscribers on YouTube, before I noticed he even existed.
Elon Musk had to start producing Tesla before I knew he existed.
This is such a common experience. There is so much content being produced that we can’t possibly discover when started
But, by the moment one of the appealing content surface online
Then, all of the sudden, people will become obsessed with the content
If Blacklist stopped at season 3, or Mr Beast hadn't reached 70m subscribers, I wouldn't likely have discovered them.
Because of this, when you first start out, concentrate on producing lots of content so you may experiment with lots of different options.
Since you won't initially be able to predict which of your contents would get people obsessed with.
However, after you reach a certain level of competence, you can focus on one category of one.
By that time, you can predict statistically on the trajectory for your piece of content succeeding in a particular way.
Producing quantity content, gives you more opportunities to try so many possibilities to find out content that looks play to you and also gives you more energy while doing it
So that you can improve your performance to establish a workflow and become authoritative.
While quality content could increase your likelihood of engagement, it takes more energy, money and time to produce overall.
I'm not in support of buying expensive gears before you could start, because you could have all the expensive gears and still no results.
But if you try several possibilities to find your own workflow of producing your content, you will be unstoppable.
It's easy to beat people if you give yourself more tries than them.
Millionaire are millionaire because of their habits
Athletes are athletes because of their habits
You will make it by improving upon your small wins everyday.
Have faith in yourself and your potential
Always believe you can Do it.
Don't shy away from competition.
If they do it good, do it better
Forecast it, people behind you are going to criticize you for having the guts to embark on your career.
That's why you need to be in a circle of intellectuals that are ahead of you, who could support your growth.
Because, people ahead of you don't have the time to play kindergarten with you, they are only interested in focusing on their growth.
That's why it's important to surround yourself with people who are growth oriented that will help you learn to grow
Stop worrying about other people's success
Start building your own instead
Stop hanging out with toxic people
Hang around in a circle of friends you can grow with.
